Tin Hwang, Esq.

Shortly after starting her firm, Tin Hwang was named “Top 100 Attorneys of 2016” in Las Vegas, Nevada. She also received the “Best Up and Coming in 2017” attorney award by Nevada Business Magazine. In 2018, Ms. Hwang won “Top 40 under 40” for Personal Injury Law by the Association of American Trial Lawyers. Other achievements include:

Linda Lay, Esq.

Linda L. Lay's legal career started when she was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2012. Her passion for law led her to also become admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in May 2013, broadening her scope of practice. Linda honed her skills working in different law firms, including an insurance defense firm and a family law firm in Las Vegas. With a diverse range of experiences under her belt, Linda has become proficient in several areas of law, including Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Real Estate Law, and Medical Malpractice Law. She takes pride in providing exceptional legal representation to her clients and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for them. Ranee Samerthai, Esq.
Las Vegas Immigration Attorney
Ms. Samerthai graduated and received her law degree from the Barry University of Orlando, Florida. After graduating, she returned to her home in Las Vegas and began her legal career practicing solely in immigration law. She has extensive knowledge and experience in various immigration matters, including but not limited to employment visas, family petitions, deportation proceedings, investor visas, naturalization, etc. She continues to provide legal assistance and services to the Las Vegas community through various nonprofit organizations including the Thai Culture Foundation and Asian Community Resource Center by conducting monthly immigration seminars to educate the community.

Ms. Samerthai is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, with her family extending from Thailand. Her mother, now retired, owned and operated one of the first Thai restaurants in Las Vegas. Ms. Samerthai is fluent in Thai.

Janina
Janina, a Las Vegas native with Chilean roots and fluent in Spanish, earned a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With over a decade of experience as a litigation manager specializing in personal injury and family law, Janina is also a devoted mother of 3 boys and 1 girl. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects and finding joy in the beauty of nature.
Jade
Jade spent her early childhood in Saigon, Vietnam, before relocating to Las Vegas with her family. She is fluent in Vietnamese and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology. In addition to her studies, Jade's true passion lies in cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes, as well as a range of other Asian cuisines, which she loves to share with those around her.
Jen
Jen's journey began in China where she pursued her Bachelor's Degree in English from Beijing University and eventually became a police officer. Upon relocating to Las Vegas with her husband, she became fluent in English and dedicated herself to providing exceptional customer service by always placing herself in the customer's shoes. In her free time, Jen indulges in her passion for cooking authentic, healthy Chinese cuisine, showcasing her skills in the kitchen with her loved ones.
Asiana
Asiana obtained her BA degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While she spends most of her time working and learning during the week, on the weekends she enjoys listening to music and dancing. Her background in criminal justice and psychology accompanied by years of experience in customer service help Asiana to properly identify and quickly address the needs of Hwang Law Group’s clients.
Ameera
Ameera was born in Las Vegas and was raised by a single mother with the support of her family. She takes pride in her Buddhist beliefs, which have instilled in her a strong faith in the notion that everything happens for a reason and that outcomes will align as intended. In her leisure time, Ameera enjoys shopping and spending quality moments with her loved ones, particularly her dog, Pichu.
Kylie
Kylie Mao, a Criminal Justice major at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), is passionate about the justice system and education. She aspires to become a legal professional catering towards business and AI and technology law. Inspired by her major and academic journey, she plans to attend law school to deepen her understanding of legal principles and contribute meaningfully to the field. In her free time she enjoys reading books and helping coach for her local high school in We The People competitions.
